- 3 large carrots
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- ground pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel and chop carrots into sticks. Place carrots in a bag with seasoning and olive oil and coat. Place on baking tray and bake 30-40 minutes until crispy.
