Marinade
3 T soy sauce
3 T orange juice
1 minced garlic clove
2 T toasted sesame oil
1 T syrup
2 T peanut oil
salt and pepper to taste
Sautee garlic in marinade. Add onions if you want. Pan fry a variety of fresh vegetables in the marinade. Pour over rice.
Possible vegetables include: edamame, broccoli, snow peas, peppers, zucchini, fresh ginger, and carrots.
