CRANBERRY SAUCE
Ingredients:
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup of OJ or water
1 12-oz bag of fresh cranberries
In
a medium saucepan over medium heat, dissolve the sugar in the orange
juice. Stir in the cranberries, and cook until they start to pop (about
6-10 minutes). Remove from heat, and transfer to a bowl. Cranberry sauce
will thicken as it cools.
Yields 4-6 servings
